Original version

Written and performed by the Romani writer and filmmaker Damian Le Bas, this beautiful spoken word piece reflects on the portrayal of Gypsies, Roma, and Travellers across the centuries. It’s a strong self-empowering poetry film with the core message:  “We’ve never had many friends. But we are still here.”
